At MyFundedFutures, we lead with transparency and fairness. If your plans change, use the guidelines below to request a prop-firm refund or cancel your account.

  1. Refund Policy — Risk-Free if You Haven’t Traded

    1. Eligibility: A full refund is available when no trades have been placed after an account purchase.

    2. How to request: Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase or connect with us via our live chat in our website.

    3. Processing: We return funds via your original payment method and send a confirmation email once processed.

    4. Crypto payments: For AML compliance, crypto purchases are non-refundable.

  2. Account Cancellation

    1. How to cancel: Email [email protected] with your account details.

    2. After: Access to all MFFU dashboards and services ends immediately. Prior fees are non-refundable.

  3. MFFU’s Right to Terminate

    1. Breaching our General Terms & Conditions can result in account deactivation, forfeiture of funds, and a ban from future MFFU services.

  4. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

    1. Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.

    2. By signing up, traders waive chargebacks and court actions, ensuring a fair, streamlined resolution process for everyone.
